Colour Coded Spins
There is a pace for everyone!
The table below is formulated to categorise riders into groups relevant to ability. The pace and distance are estimates and may vary according to group size, chosen routes and weather conditions: Please note all Color Spins now have there own group on WhatApp and all details are managed on this platform, to get added to these groups you first need to be member and then Contact Us to get added.
THIRD SPIN RULE:
For insurance purposes and fairness to already paid up members, non members will be allowed two spins and then be obliged to join both Club and Cycling Ireland.

REQUIREMENTS
It is mandatory for each rider to wear a hard shell helmet and carry identification while on club spins.
The following are also required to participate on club spins:
- Road racing bike in good working order (no mountain bike, hybrids, straight handlebars or tri-bars as these are not safe for group cycling).
- Quick release wheels,
- Tyres and brakes must be in good condition,
- Pump, tyre levers and two spare tubes are mandatory for road side repairs,
- Food, water bottle, money and rain jacket.
